When we arrived the room that was designated to us smelled like mold and felt humid. They accommodated us and upgraded our room which was great. The room itself was clean overall, however there was noticeable mold on the toilet seat areas and when the air conditioner was turned on the room as smelled humid. The location was so far from the airport that uber services were not available and was only available through the hotel service. The food quality was mediocre and the restaurants on site were expensive. In addition to that, my sister experienced food poisoning after eating at the Chinese restaurant. While seated during our dining time the waiters and waitresses just stared at us and it was so uncomfortable. Adding to that, everywhere we went they stared at us and made us feel almost un-welcomed. They don’t have room service on Thursdays and they close all of their pools or activities extremely early. The language barrier is huge! Even using a translation app didn’t help.
